Sean Hogan's Obituary
Sean Patrick Hogan, 33, of Chattanooga, TN, and formerly of the greater Cleveland area, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday August 5, 2008 at his home following a sudden illness.
Sean was born in Cleveland, OH. He was a 1992 graduate of Lutheran West High School, Westlake. He received his undergraduate degree in Philosophy with honors, as well as a law degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Sean was a teacher for Wallace A. Smith Elementary School in Ooltewah, TN. He enjoyed reading, writing and weightlifting.
Surviving are his parents, Gail Hogan of North Ridgeville, T. Michael Hogan of Westlake, sister, Jennifer Owens Sonnenschein (Brett) of Brooklyn, NY and niece and nephew, Gwendolyn and Owen Sonnenschein.
Memorial service at 12:00PM Saturday at the Avon Lake United Church of Christ, 32801 Electric Blvd. Rev. Kelly Brill, pastor will officiate. Private burial in Fields Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions have been suggested to the Sean Hogan Memorial Fund C/O the Wallace A. Smith Elementary School, 6930 Teal Lane, Ooltewah, TN 37363.
