We are thankful to have met Ron and have you both with us at Abbe Road for a short time. There is no easy way to walk through the loss of a spouse. No one can replace them and there is such a hole left where they once were in your life. I am so glad the Lord remains faithful and close by, urging you to draw near. And His promise is that He will draw near to you. "He is near to the broken hearted and saves all who are crushed in spirit." "He will feed HIs flock like Shepherd. He will gather the lambs in His arms and carry them in His bosom and gently lead those who are wtih young.' He will walk you thourgh this next part of your journey. My deepest sympathy to all of you, Ron's family. I was one of Ron's customers for many years and it all started when he and I worked together in the concession stand of Ranger Stadium. For many years, I made all the pop corn and Ron made all the french fries. Those were great times that I will never forget. Ron was a great friend. Gonna miss him. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Growing up next to Ron's Barbershop in the 60's Ron and Bob taught me how to play catch. Over the many years knowing Ron he taught me many things in life! I will always remember "Trading" with Ron who is the all time Master of the Trade and making a buck. I love you my friend and will miss you dearly.. Rest In Peace.

The thing I liked about Ron was his kindness toward me. He treated me well. Now, we all know we’re supposed to do that to others, but Ron really was quite kind to me (even when that kindness also included some friendly jabs and ‘insults’!) The first time I met Ron I was a manager at a restaurant and he called me over to inform me the ice iin his iced tea was too cold. I will never forget that day or the amazizing man he was. Turns out Ron knew who I was but I had only heard stories of the man the myth the legend that eveyone knew. He had a wonderful sence of humor and got the best smirk on his face. I remeber him hanging out his van window driving down the road to deliver us an eggplant. He had a serious side as well, like when he gave my son his first hair cut. Ron knew my son was adopted and that we stayed in contact with the birth family. After the cut Ron handed me two envelopes one for us and one for his birth mom. To this day my son refers to him as Uncle Ron. Deepest sympathies to Travis and Ed and all the other barbers that had the good fortune to work with him. My heartfelt condolences to his family he spoke of you all with such love. May memories help to comfort you at this time. He will be missed by many but most of all by you his family.
The world was a better place because Ron was in it.
