Dear friends and family of Roger. Imet him in the 1st. grade at Gillis Sweet School in Fairview Park. He was one of the first people I met when we moved to Fairview. He was by far one of the nicest , kindest people I had ever met in my life and tried on several occasions to contact him in years past. I am sorry that never happened. May God Bless him. My memories of Roger go all the way back to when we were kids and he was in Boy Scouts with my brother. They went on a camping trip and my dad went along. I'll never forget them telling us how much fun they had because of Roger. We became friends in school, and over the years I don't ever remember a time when he didn't have a smile or a kind word to say. He was a great fun loving guy, a dear friend to many, who shared joy with all of us and we are blessed to have known him. Since he passed on my birthday his memory will sit even closer to my heart.
