Roberta M. Alten (nee Wilson) passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Vitalia Adult Community in North Olmsted. She was born in Harrisville, WV and had lived in Avon most of her adult life until moving to North Ridgeville nearly Read Obituary
We will always remember the vacation we took with Jim & Roberta. They came to WV and stayed with us. The next day we traveled together to VA to spend time with our cousins. We toured Williamsburg together and later enjoyed a dinner cruise with our cousins. I am sure I have some pictures, but haven't been able to find them yet. I have always admired Roberta. She often shared new ideas about teaching and I have no doubt that she was a big influence on her students.
Roberta was a wonderful person who I loved very much I didn't get to spend a lot of time with her after I became an adult because I moved out of the area I am closer to her siblings especially Jim and his wife Brenda Roberta will be missed by so many May she Rest In Peace
We feel this loss deep in our hearts along with you. Roberta was far More than our Tenor in The Harmony Express, she was the Light and humble Shining Star! The unbelievable memories of music, friendship, laughter, tears, performances, hotel rooms, eating, extended family . . .
