Richard J Schneider's Obituary
Richard Schneider, age 79, of North Ridgeville, passed away in his home Wednesday, November 26, 2014.
He was born in Cleveland and lived on the west side, before moving to North Ridgeville 33 years ago.
Richard worked as a sailboat rigger and worked on boat motors for Interlake Marine and Edgewater Yacht Club.
He enjoyed wood working, farming, farming equipment and his dogs, but sailing was his true passion in life.
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Schneider of North Ridgeville; daughters Debby (Bill) Senger of Wadsworth, Terri (Michael) Moir of Westlake and Kathy (Brian) Sarn of Sheffield Village; grandchildren, Halle Senger, Jesse and Daniel Moir, Nicholas and Katherine Sarn; brother, Roy Schneider; his dog Boe and cat Sammy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Miriam Schneider.
Friends may call Thursday, December 4, 2014 from 5-8PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Prayer services will be held Friday at 9:30 in the funeral home prior to a mass of Christian burial at 10:00 AM in Holy Trinity Church, 33601 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011.
Burial will be in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery, Avon.
