Hal and I always enjoyed our wonderful friendship with Richard, especially our early years in North Ridgeville back in the 60’s and 70’s. We were all involved in trying to see North Ridgeville have a good future, He was always hard working and dedicated to his profession and all he did doing his lifetime. May he rest in peace in God’ s arms.
