Okey C. Wise Sr., age 85, of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2013 at his home. He was born in Daisytown, Pennsylvania and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 40 years, moving from Cleveland. Mr. Read Obituary
My deepest condolences to Betty and family. I feel honored to have known him. He was a neighbor extraordinaire who helped with so many home maintenance issues; the man could fix anything and was always willing to share his knowledge and tools...such a generous soul. I cherish the memories of just sitting around talking story on such a refreshing human level. I loved this man and I will miss him tremendously.

I have fond memories of Okey when I worked at Ridgeville City Schools during the summers. He was a gentlemen and a kind hearted man. I enjoyed his stories about his service days in the marines. My deepest condolences to his family.
