Michael Roscoe's Obituary
Michael D. Roscoe, age 64 of Columbia Station passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Cleveland, OH and had been a resident of Columbia Station since 2000. He had formerly resided in Rocky River and Lakewood. He had attended Cuyahoga Community College and was a certified EMT/Paramedic. He retired as a Supervisor from the City of Cleveland Water Pollution Control where he served for 36 years. A U.S. Navy veteran, he was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Columbia Station and a former member of St. Gregory the Theologian Byzantine Church, Lakewood. Mike enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Sally (nee Bastian), twin sons, Christian (Kyoko) Roscoe of Japan and Wayne (Kiyomi) Roscoe of Florida, daughters, Corey Roscoe of Columbus, OH, Aimee Roscoe of Cleveland and Leah (Nate) Falkenstein of New Orleans and his twin sister, JoAnn (Carl) Heintel of Westlake. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna (Evancho) and Michael M. Roscoe. Funeral Mass 11:30 A.M. Saturday, October 30, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 25801 Royalton Rd., Columbia Station where friends may call from 9:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. Rev. Charles Ryba, pastor will officiate. Interment private.
