Sally, Jo Anne, and kids - Mike was a wonderful person and a joy to be around. He will be missed always, but that rainbow we saw on October 26th was God's way of letting the family know Mike is home and looking down on all of you and loving you all. I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Sharon
As Mike's oldest daughter I wanted to say how deeply touched my siblings (Chris, Wayne, Aimee and Leah) and I are by the outpouring of support for our father. The attendance at the church was indicative of how many people loved and cared for him. Many people that day shared with us stories of our dad or recounted memories that they had of him; that meant a lot to us. We appreciate your kindness and take comfort in it at this time.
To Sally, JoAnn and entire Roscoe family. The service held for Mike was the most beautiful we have ever attended. It was simply perfect and we're sure Mike looked down at everyone, smiled and was very pleased. As we witnessed by the many in attendance, he will be truly missed. Sincerely.
My Condolences to the Roscoe family. Mike "Brad" will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with Chris, Wayne, Corey, Aimee and Leah at this time. My deepest sympathies...

To the Roscoe Family, I am truly sorry for your loss. Mike was such a joy to be around and work with. He and I were usually the first to arrive in the office and we had great discussions, debates and laughter. He was such a warm, loving, caring person and could always make me laugh, no matter what mood I was in. I will keep my memories with me forever. "Tomato" you will truly be missed! Love Lillian
My deepest sympathy to you all. Mike was such a great guy and I have many fond memories about how he would have the both of us laughing and making a joke about something. It was a pleasure to work with him at WPC. I am truly sorry for your loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you all during this most difficult time.
My condolences to the whole family. Mike was missed by all his co-workers when he retired, and his smile will truely be missed now. Mike was a ray of sunshine whenever he was around and I'm sure he will shine upon us from that better place, now and forever. May the Lord be with you all. my deepest sympathy, Rosa DeJesus, City of Cleveland, W.P.C.
