Lena Warner's Obituary
Lena A. Warner (nee Turcich), age 96, of North Ridgeville, passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 at West Bay Care and Rehab Center, Westlake.
She was born in Farrel, Pennsylvania and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1957.
Lena worked as a cook for Howard Johnson in North Ridgeville for 25 years, retiring in 1986.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church and active with the North Ridgeville Senior Center, where she was a member of the Senior Kitchen Band.
She enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include her sons, Anthony (Sharon) of Strongsville, Ronald (Eileen) of Newnan, Georgia, Gerald (Bonnie) of North Ridgeville; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Warner; parents, John and Helen Turcich and brother, John Turcich and sister, Goldyn.
Friends may call Monday from 6-8 PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held on Tuesday at 9:30 AM followed by a 10:00 AM Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville, 44039.
Burial will be in St. Peter Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Peter Memorial Fund.
