Lee A. Blaylock's Obituary
Lee A. Blaylock (nee Stone), age 86, of Elyria, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center, following a short illness.
She was born in Crossville, Tennessee and had been a resident of Elyria for the past 10 years, moving from North Ridgeville, where she lived for most of her life.
She worked for many years at A-Jax Paper and Tube in Westlake and for Beckett Air in North Ridgeville.
Lee was a member of the Elyria Eagles Club and enjoyed flower gardening, bowling and making ceramics.
Survivors include her daughter, Opal (David) Slone-Knoll; sons, Raymond (Sandra) Blaylock and Charles Blaylock all of Elyria; grandchildren, Raymond, Robert, Scott, Melissa, Charles, David and Kevin; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Hattie Seaman of West Covina, California.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley in 2013; parents, Seiver and Lizzie Stone; 4 brothers and 5 sisters.
Friends may call Monday from 5-8PM. Services will be held on Tuesday at 11AM in the funeral home. Rev. Bob Eddy will officiate.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
