Kathleen Schneider's Obituary
Kathleen (Turchiarelli) Schneider, beloved wife of Alan left this world on May 10, 2013 after a long battle with several health issues. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her favorite pastimes were Italian cooking, involvement with the Cursillo, several prayer groups, and doting on her family, especially her grandchildren. She was extremely proud of keeping her Italian traditions alive and passing them on to her family.
She was born in N. Tonawanda, NY and had lived in Avon for the past 18 years, moving from North Ridgeville.
She is survived by Alan, her husband of 49+ years, daughters Debra (Carlton) Albert of Chicago, Victoria (Paul) Graning of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, Barbara (Thomas) Clark of Olmsted Twp., Sherry (David) Kurpiewski of Mentor, son Alan Schneider Jr. of Groves, Texas and twelve grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, Salvatore and Rose (Fire) Turchiarelli and brother William.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4-8 PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd. North Ridgeville where a prayer service will be Monday at 9:30 AM. A 10 AM Mass will follow at St. Julie Billiart Church, 5500 Lear Nagle Rd. North Ridgeville. The Rev. George Vrabel, Pastor and Rev. Dr. Richard Gonser will concelebrate. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
