It's cliched but I'm glad, lucky, and grateful that John was a part of my life. The twenty years he spent being a great partner and companion to my mom and genuine friend to me now in hindsight seemed to just fly by. But strangely... that seems appropriate now since since each memory I have of John was just plain fun. The same way I'll never say I missed John I'll never say I loved John. The fact I miss John and I love John... now.
