Eva Markel's Obituary
Eva H. Markel (nee Picker), age 78 of North Ridgeville died Monday, August 23, 2004 at Hospice House of the Western Reserve, Cleveland following a short illness.
She was born October 26, 1925 in Mount Zion, IL. She had resided in North Ridgeville the past 10 years moving from Lorain.
She was a member of North Ridgeville Church of Christ. She enjoyed reading, walking, embroidering and volunteering.
She worked as a Payroll accountant for TRW.
Surviving are her Son, Richard Markel of Elyria, Daughter, Carol Douglas of Lenexa, Kansas; 3 Sisters, Melba Kolumba of Rolla, Missouri, Edra Byrd of San Diamos, CA, Freda Potter of Londonderry, NH; Brother, Fred Picker of Searcy, Arkansas; , three grandchildren Emily Markel, Connie and Kyle Douglas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard in 1991.
Private services will be held.
