Eleanor was my mother's best friend, first cousin and only "sister." They were born a month apart. I know she's now with Clarence, Marie, her brother Ben, my mother, my father, Stan, Lenny, Ed, and countless other relatives. She was an extraordinary person.
I read with great sadness that Eleanor has passed. It is so hard when parents are no longer with us--and we become the older generation. I remember fondly spending time at the Huffman houses in Haslett and Williamston. And I still miss Marie. God bless you and comfort you. Marie Bressette Lewis
