Please accept my condolences to the family and all who will feel a void in their life without Darrell. I met Darrell in the late 70's and over all the years he was always a class act. He was a kind and gentle soul. He was the kind of person that would make people feel good about the time he spent with them. Granted not all "jokes" hit the mark but the pure joy in his eyes made it all a fun experience. Darrell loved his bowling and I know he was in his element during those games.
Whenever we spoke he was always upbeat and had a positive outlook on life. It has been an honor to have met Darrell and now I picture him with angel wings soaring above his children and when needed parks himself on their shoulder to guide them in their journey.
