Love and prayers to you and your family,
Remember the good times and all the good memories you have
Carole,
I will miss you more than you will know. Even though we were miles apart,we, as cousins, were always close. Memories of our growing up together and spending the holdays singing all the old songs will always remain in my heart. Some day we will meet again in heaven and sing again.
Wishing our sincere condolences to the Burkholder family. We didn't have the please of meeting Carole, but know she was truly loved by her entire family and friends and know she will be tremendously missed. May God be with you and grant you the peace that surpasses all understanding.
Aunt Carole,What can I say, you taught me so much. Things I still use today Hawaiian Stew, to make every moment about family. That your family is more than the people that live in your house. You took me in when I was a lost , smart mouth teenager and you showed me how to grow, trust that family always had your back and you made me feel like I was not an outsider, I never met anyone that put such importance on family except grandma. We lost the two strongest women in 9ur family in just 5 weeks and we are all saying what is happened. You were an amazing , loving, loyal woman . Thank you for showing me how important prayer is. I use it everyday. I hope you are enjoying being back with grandma and grandpa. Tell Grandma I miss her everyday and give her a hug for me. Until we meet in Heaven I miss you and goodbye.
We were shocked to find out Carole had passed. I will always remember her big smile, and laughter. I had many fun days with her sitting together at craft shows chatting about everything and laughing at everything. Going out to lunch with her and our other girl friends. Sharring family events and parties. She was such a sweet, funny and special person. She was a pillar to her family. I can not tell you how sad I am to learn of her passing. Even though we have been back in Ohio for 4 years after 16 years in Texas, I will miss her a lot. Our heart goes out to Gary , her boys, grandchildren and family. I know Carole is in a better place smiling down on all of us. We will see her again and laugh again in heaven. Our deepest sympathy to all of her family and friends. God Bless you all and his light comfort you.
Dear Bill, Cher and Family,
We are so sorry to hear of your loss. We pray that your cherished memories will bring you comfort, now and always. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Love, Sue & Tom Gustin
To all of the friends and family of the Burkholder family - you are in our thoughts and prayers. We know that the Lord will give you strength to make it through this difficult time. One of the greatest gifts our Lord gave us is the gift of memory. I pray that your hearts and minds are filled with wonderful memories of Carole and that those memories will sustain you through this difficult time. May the Lord bless your family.
In death there is victory over the trials of this earth. Take peace in the end of her struggle, and celebrate her life and love. Our sincerest love, thoughts and prayers are with you all during your time of grieving.
I was blessed enough to be able to count Carole as a friend the very first time I spoke with her on the phone at Dresser-Rand! She was the kind of person that would always help you out as much as she could, with a smile on her face and in her voice. It was such a pleasure to be able to meet her in person, and know the face of such a wonderful woman. My condolences to her husband and family for losing such a treasure, but I thank God she is no longer suffering.
I was sad to hear of Carole's passing. It was really a schock. She was a great cousin and we all had a great time growing up. We had a really close family and although I hadn't seen Carole in a long time due to our living in different states fer passing has left a hole in my heart. My love and sympathies go out to Gary, their children and grandchildren and my counsins, Bill, Jerry and Gail. Aunt Louise and Uncle Wil are now with their child and she is at peace. May God Bless Her.
