Zoltan "Andy" Vince's Obituary
Zoltan E. "Andy" Vince, age 76, of Avon, passed away Monday, May 27, 2013 at Grace Hospital Fairview, following a long illness.
He was born in Budapest, Hungary and had been a resident of Avon since 2002 moving from North Ridgeville, where he lived for 28 years.
Andy worked as a tool and die welder for Ford Motor Company for 34 years, retiring in 2002.
He was a member of First Hungarian Reform Church in Cleveland; a member of Mid-Century Lodge # 725 F. & A.M.; and three time past Master of Halcyon Simpson Lodge # 498 F.&A.M. and a 32nd Degree Mason for 35 years; a Shriner; and member of the Ford Fellow Craft Club.
Andy enjoyed reading Westerns, playing the keyboard, fishing, boating, riding his motorcycle, coaching and refereeing youth soccer.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Elizabeth; daughters, Agnes (Keith) Klimkowicz of North Ridgeville, Anita (Richard) Arnold of Chicago, Judit (Don) Feierabend and Marianna Rivera (Phillip Elliott) both of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, David (Lora) Baker, Jennifer DeCorte, Heather Feierabend, Jillian (Brian) Morris, Ryan (Sarah) Feierabend, R. C. Arnold, Joshua (Dana) Klimkowicz, Alice Martinez; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Laszlo (Elizabeth) Vince.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Karoly and Rosa Vince.
Friends may call Thursday from 3-8PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville where a Mason Service will be at 7 PM. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 10 AM in the funeral home. Rev. Tamas Biro will officiate.
