William Stern's Obituary
William Stern, age 78, of North Ridgeville, died on Friday at his home; following a brief illness.
He was born in Cleveland and had lived in North Ridgeville the past four years; having moved from Cleveland.
He was a member of the Bethany English Lutheran Church.
Mr. Stern enjoyed baking, gardening, drawing and painting.
Surviving are his daughters, Cheryl (Tim) Knable, of Carlisle Township and Karen (Chris) Campbell, of North Ridgeville; eight grandchildren, Heather, Holly and Samantha Campbell, Kimberly Claypoole, Heather, Timothy, Matthew and Jonathan Knable..
He is preceded in death by his wife, June (nee Reinholz) Stern; parents Emil and Elizabeth (nee Davies) Stern; brothers, Albert, Leroy, Joe and Ray Stern; sisters, Mildred Tahsler and Eleanor Rusnak.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at the Bethany English Lutheran Church, 15460 Triskett Road, Cleveland. Reverend Robert Ferro, Senior Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
