William R. Counts' Obituary
William R. Counts, age 76, of Olmsted Falls, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at his home.
He was born on December 20, 1947, in Webster Springs, West Virginia and has been a resident of Olmsted Falls, for the past 2 years, moving from Shreveport, Louisiana. William was a U.S. Navy Veteran and went on to work on the assembly line at General Motors, retiring after 30 years of service.
He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan, was very involved with First Bossier Church in Louisiana, and loved spending time with his friends from Chevy, his family, and especially his grandson Jared.
William is survived by his sons Jerry (Dawn) Counts and Matt Counts; grandson Jared Counts, sisters Deneice (Gary) Tite, Anita (William) McCabe, Tona Dodson; brother Doug (Linda) Counts; many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents William and Rayman Counts; brother Bernard Counts.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
