Wanda Keffer's Obituary
Wanda D. Keffer (nee Thompson), age 62, of Elyria, passed away Monday, October 5, 2009 at Allen Community Hospital, following a long illness.
She was born in Racine, WV. She had resided most of her life in North Ridgeville, until moving to Wakeman and then recently to Elyria.
Mrs. Keffer was very fond of spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her three daughters, Tammy (Jeff) McCarty of N. Ridgeville, Kathy Bright of Elyria and Renee Marx of N. Ridgeville, her son Scott (Terry) Keffer of Belleville, Illinois; nine grandchildren; one brother, Bobby Thompson and one sister, Rita (Bill) Oscha both of N. Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David; sister Katherine Harkless, and parents, Herbert and Dolly Thompson.
The family will receive friends 6-8PM Wednesday at David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
