Virginia Willits' Obituary
Virginia A. Willits (nee Hoffman), age 85, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake.
She was born in Monroe, MI and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1967.
Virginia retired in 1997 from the U.S. Government Health and Human Services. She was an avid reader who enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Willits of North Ridgeville; daughter, Jennifer of North Ridgeville; a grandson, Josh of North Ridgeville, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John; parents, Lyle and Sadie (nee Santure) Hoffman; a brother, Lyle, Jr; and sisters, Margaret Marie Hoffman, Audrey Rygalski, and Jean Allen.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville where a prayer service will be held at 12:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1 PM at St. Peter Church. Rev. Andrew Hoover will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Toledo, on Friday at 12 noon.
