Verna E. Hemmer's Obituary
Verna E. Hemmer (nee Good) passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Riverview Pointe
Care Center in Olmsted Falls. She was born in Sandusky and had lived in North Ridgeville for
28 years, moving from Strongsville. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Peter Church.
Verna enjoyed crocheting, painting, sewing, gardening, but mostly spending time with her
grandchildren. She is survived by her children Faye Krawcheck, Steven Hemmer, Thomas
(Nancy) Hemmer, Anthony (Cindy) Hemmer, daughter-in-law Maureen Hemmer; 9
grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband William C.
Hemmer; sons Michael and William C. Hemmer Jr.; son-in-law John Krawcheck; parents Frank and Mary Good; sisters Mary Margaret Hurak and Esther Barnum. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Cleveland Area Chapter, 23215 Commerce Park Rd STE 300, Beachwood, OH 44122. The family will celebrate her life privately.
