Verlie Mae (Basham) Dickens Age 95
Born Jan. 5, 1928, to Delsie Pearl (Maude Shrewsbury) Basham and James Elmer Basham
in Basin West Virginia
Graduated to glory on March 22, at 10:59 am to be with her
loving husband Christopher Eugene in eternity.
She is survived by her devoted sons Johnny Dickens and Jimmie Dickens.
Grandmother to Kara Dickens and Travis Dickens
Great Grandmother to Brianna, Savannah, Jacobi, and Riley.
Brothers Delmer and Carlos Basham and Sister Janet Blevins.
She is reunited in heaven with her brothers Arlie, Henery, Odel, Oakley, Darryl, Alvin and sister Recie Hill.
Verlie was a resident of North Ridgeville for 65 years and a retired employee
of Modern Tool and Die.
She loved gardening and her roadside vegetable stand
sharing the fruits of her labor with the community.
Crocheting beautiful blankets for family and friends,
and her unwavering faith in reading her bible and praying for everyone.
Her memory will be in our hearts forever until we meet again.

Family will receive friends Tuesday from 12 pm until time of service at 1 pm at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Pastor Adam Hall will officiate.
