Valentine L. “Val” Dickerson, age 95, passed away on June 24, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Robert; loving mother of Karen (James) Newton and Dennis (Cynthia) Dickerson; cherished grandmother of Rob and Doug Newton, Scott Bier, Josh Dickerson and Jacquelyn Cioffoletti; devoted grandmother of 13; dearest sister of Inez Gerstenslager and the late Andrew, James and Irene; dear aunt of many. Funeral Services will be held in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville on Wednesday, June 28 at 2:00 p.m. where family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Interment Evergreen Cemetery, Westlake. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to University Hospital Hospice, 4510 Richmond Rd., Warrensville 44128.
