Timothy J. "Tim" Hart's Obituary
Timothy John “Tim” Hart, age 67, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 in the care of hospice after a short but intense illness. The Hart family would like to thank his caretakers at Ames Family Hospice, Westlake. He was born on April 6, 1956 in Elyria and has been a lifelong resident of North Ridgeville. Tim was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving from 1974 through 1980. Following his service he began his career with Eastman Kodak Company, ultimately retiring from Digital Print Solution in 2022. Tim enjoyed attending estate sales and auctions which led to his desire for knowledge about his finds and the search for the unusual. He enjoyed being a Cleveland Indians fan, “Wait ‘til next year”. More than anything else, Tim was a great example of an old school Christian Catholic man who honored commitments to family, community and faith. He was a lifelong member of St. Peter Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Dawn (nee Donovan); daughter Kelly Hart; son TJ Hart; sisters Susan (Thomas) Rumancik of North Ridgeville and Karen (William) Littleton of Union, KY; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Tim was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Viola (nee Schneider) Hart. A deep debt of gratitude to all who have and are continuing to help us through this tough time.
“Gone fishing, catch ya later”-Tim.
