Timothy G. Biro's Obituary
Timothy G. Biro, 72, of Lakewood, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his sleep at his residence on July 7, 2026.
Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Tim lived a life defined by quiet strength, unwavering love, and a tenacity that inspired everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Tim faced cancer not once, not twice, but five times — and each time, he met that fight with the same fierce courage that characterized everything he did. His resilience was a testament to the kind of man he was: someone who simply did not quit. Beyond his personal battle, Tim dedicated his professional life to making cancer treatment and diabetes care better for others - contributing meaningfully to medical advancements that have touched countless lives. He fought the disease in every way a man could.
A proud graduate of Penn State University (We Are!) Tim bled blue and white, and his enthusiasm for the Nittany Lions was matched only by his love for his family, and the Philadelphia Eagles (Go Birds!). Whether gathered around a game or simply together, Tim made those moments matter. He went on to earn his Pharmacy Degree (RPh) while at Temple and his MBA from Wharton.
Tim is survived by his son, Mike (Becca - daughter Elizabeth); and his daughter, Jen (Tyson - sons Jameson & Camden); brother, Frank (Nancy - son Noah)— a family he loved completely and shaped profoundly. He was preceded in death by both of his parents (Frank & Irene). In lieu of flowers or donations, the family asks that you share your favorite memories, stories, and photographs of Tim at [email protected]. The family is creating memory books to preserve and celebrate Tim’s legacy for generations to come — because a man like Tim deserves to be remembered in full. He fought. He loved. He left us better than he found us.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, on Monday, July 13 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. for a prayer service preceding an 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Julie Billiart Church, 5500 Lear Nagle Road, North Ridgeville. Rev. Bob Franco will officiate. Interment will be private.
