Thomas J. Miklacic's Obituary
Thomas J. Miklacic, age 79, of North Ridgeville, passed away Saturday December 23, 2023 at Brookdale Westlake Village.
He was born in Cleveland where he lived until moving to North Ridgeville in 1983.
Thomas was a Tool and Die Maker for Cleveland Screw for 44 years, retiring in 2006.
He loved working on classic cars and was past president of Nifty Fifty Car Club. He also was a model train enthusiast.
He is survived by his children, Lisa (Mark) Zuk of N. Ridgeville, Linda (Tony) Mihoci of LaGrange, Dan (Colleen) Stein of Grafton, John (Julia) Miklacic of N. Ridgeville and Lori (Chris) Williams of N. Ridgeville, 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren, and his sister Maryellen (Carl) Toomey of Willoughby.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Jeanne in 2021, and his parents John and Edna Miklacic.
The family will receive friends Thursday, December 28, 2023, from 12 noon until time of services at 1 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Rd. North Ridgeville. His brother-in-law, Rev. Mr. Carl Toomey will officiate. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
