Thomas Lawrence's Obituary
Thomas W. Lawrence, age 76, of Eaton Township passed away Saturday, January 30, 2010 at EMH Regional Medical Center following a long illness.
Born in Buffalo, Ohio he had resided in Eaton Township for over 50 years.
Mr. Lawrence was an inspector for 15 years with Modern Tool and Die, he previously worked with Eaton Corp. for 28 years.
He served in the US Army, stationed in Italy, during the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Lawrence was a member of North Eaton Baptist Church.
He is survived by his sons, Rick of Nova, Gary (Debbie) of Grafton and David (Debbie) Lawrence of Elyria, daughters, Debra Ann Anderson of Grafton and Susan Starcher of Elyria, 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and one sister, Sherlie Howell of Port St. Lucie, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his wife of Lela "Ann" in 2008 and his parents, Thomas S. And Blache Lawrence, and four sisters Beatrice McCracken, Merle Hains Thelma Hains and Marge White, and one brother John Lawrence.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday at North Eaton Baptist Church. Rev. Stephen Carter, Pastor will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
