Theresa A. Utt's Obituary
Theresa A. Utt (nee Helmick), age 68, of Oberlin, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Norfolk, VA and had been a resident of Oberlin for the past 5 years formerly of Grafton. She worked as an insurance agent for Isaac Insurance until 1996. She was a member of Cathedral of Life Church, Grafton Women’s Club and Lifebanc. Theresa enjoyed bowling and crafting especially making gift baskets. She is survived by her husband Michael; son Matthew (Vanessa) of Elyria; grandson Jeremy Michael; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Ryan Utt, parents Ralph Helmick and Ida Mae, brothers Terry and Gene Helmick. A celebration of Life will be held Saturday, July 9, 2022 at 1PM at Cathedral of Life Church 5375 Jaycox Rd., North Ridgeville. Pastor Mike Payne will officiate.
