Terry Standen Sr.'s Obituary
Terry G. Standen Sr. age 72, of Haines City, Florida and formally of North Ridgeville, Ohio, passed away January 1, 2015 peacefully at his home.
He was born in Oberlin, Ohio and resided in Haines City, Florida for the past 8 years. He previously lived in Wellington and North Ridgeville most of his life.
Terry was an owner/operator truck driver, hauling steel for many years.
His hobbies included golfing and throwing darts and spending time with family and friends, playing cards. He was a proud member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 1023 in Winter Haven, Florida.
Survivors include his fiancée and loving companion of 13 years, Sheila Klingshirn (nee Street), his sons, Ed (Stephanie) Spicer of Sylvester, GA, Don (Wendy) Spicer of Nova, Ohio and Terry Standen Jr. of Lorain; daughter, Stephanie Briggs of North Ridgeville; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
He was Preceded in death by his parents, Timmy and Marie (nee Costanzo) Standen; daughter Donna Moran; brother, Larry Standen and grandparents, Harry and Marie Standen.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Suger Ridge Cemetery, North Ridgeville, Ohio.
Rev. Donald E. Spicer will officiate.
