Susan “Sue” J. Basney, age 68, formerly of Amherst passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at her daughters’ home in North Ridgeville. She was born in Highland Park, MI, living in many parts of the country. She worked as a
nurse before retiring in 2016. Sue enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles but really enjoyed being a nurse. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Charles; children Mindy (Maurice) Price of North Ridgeville,
Cory (Hazel) Basney of FL.; grandchildren Cassidy Basney, Maurice Price, Marcus Price; siblings Ronald (Joy) Felt of TX, Diane Schonschack of NV, Bev (John) Provencal of MA, Mike Felt of FL. She was preceded in death by her parents Donald Felt and Mary Ann Rang. Family will celebrate her life privately. Memorial contributions can be made to www.alsa.org/donate.
