Susan Joyce Muller's Obituary
Susan Joyce Muller (nee Wolfe), age 76, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at her home. She was born on August 9, 1949 in Parma, and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 21 years, moving from Avon Lake and Elyria. Susan worked as a registered nurse beginning her career in pediatrics at EMH before devoting herself to her residents at the Lutheran Home in Westlake, and finishing her career at the Westlake Health Center. Above all else Susan enjoyed spending time with her family. Taking annual vacations with her children and grandchildren. Making memories that they continue to hold dear in their hearts. She was an avid reader, loved shopping and spending time with her dogs. She and her husband would spend their summers camping, making many memories together over the years at the Tall Timbers Campground in Port Clinton and more recently Paradise Acres Campground in Oak Harbor.
She loved horses, and was a past Grand Champion in 4-H, and was delighted to watch her granddaughter Natalie take up the reins and follow in her love of horses.
Susan is survived by her husband of 52 years, John "Tom"; daughters Holly (Murat) Avsar of Elyria and Jacqueline (Stephen) Dietz of Avon Lake; grandchildren Alexis Muller (Carlos Vargas), Nathan Dietz, Matthew Muller and Natalie Dietz; great grandchild Jordan Muller; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Laverne (nee Stockman) and Raymond C. Wolfe; brother William Wolfe.
