Susan Kubincanek's Obituary
Susan Kubincanek (nee Gargus), age 90, of North Ridgeville passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones, Saturday October 15, 2011 following a long illness.
She was born on February 4, 1921 in Daisytown, PA where she had resided until moving to North Ridgeville in 2006.
Susan worked at California University of Pennsylvania.
She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Charleroi, PA.
Susan enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, working cross word puzzles, reading.
She was a very selfless person who always put others needs before her own.
Survivors include her sons, Martin of Daisytown, Gary (Linda), John (Celia) Kubincanek; both of North Ridgeville; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Martin; parents John and Mary (Duran) Gargus; brothers, John and Andrew Gargus and sister, Mary Levering; grandson, Martin Kubincanek Jr. and granddaughter, Jennifer Kubincanek just last month.
Graveside services will be Wednesday 1:00 PM at Taylor Cemetery, Centerville, PA.
Rev. Frank Zeman will officiate.
