Stanley M Lindo Sr.'s Obituary
Stanley M. Lindo Sr., age 82, of Grafton, passed away on June 8, 2015 at the Ames Family Hospice in Westlake following a short illness.
He was born on February 13, 1933 in Cleveland, Ohio and has lived in Grafton for the past 63 years. He was a member of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Columbia Station and the West Park Veterans Club of Cleveland.
Stanley enjoyed golfing, bowling and camping with his family.
He is survived by his daughters Doreen (Rod) Shrader of Columbia Station, Janet (Jeff) Bier of North Ridgeville, and Jean (Ray) Anthony of Columbia Station; sons Stanley Jr. (Missy) Lindo of Eaton Township, and Steven (Laura Murray) Lindo of North Ridgeville; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters Mary Frances Laconte and Rose Marie Krueger, both of Brunswick.
Stanley was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Lindo in 2014; parents, Steven Lindo and Gladys (nee Holeman) Lindo-Streit; sisters Betty Bromhead and Eleanor Podsiadlo; brother John Lindo; brothers in law Earl Krueger, Jim Bromhead, Mitchell Podsiadlo and John Laconte.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville on Thursday 4-8 p.m., and on Friday where a 10:15 prayer service will precede an 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. Interment will be in Royalton Road Cemetery in Columbia Township.
