Sophia, I never met you, but I understand your courage. Like so many young children caught in the cancer war, you fought the good fight, not just for yourself but for your loving parents, family, friends and generations to come. You will now lead the way for those you have inspired with your courage to live and die in peace. We will not forget you. As I continue my mission through the Keira Kilbane Foundation I will carry you with me, that bright smile, the twinkle in your eye, the breath of life you left behind for all of us to breath in, will live on.
