Shirley Ann Hollis' Obituary
Shirley Ann Hollis, (nee Zaremba) age 72, of Grafton, passed away peacefully Saturday on January 13, 2018 at her home following a short illness.
She was born in Medina and had resided in the Village of Grafton the past 68 years.
Shirley was the Catering Director for Elyria Country Club retiring in 2009 where she had worked for over 30 years.
She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish. Shirley was an avid reader and loved to travel.
Survivors include her sons, Albert Hollis of Grafton, David (James) Morisi of Farmington Hills, Michigan, daughters, Joanne Hollis of Grafton and Danielle (Michael) Hollis Lowe of Grafton, Grandchildren, Stephanie Hollis, Stacey Hollis, Nicholas Walls, Alicia Walls, Bailey Begin, Trever Begin, Brennon Lowe, Auston Lowe and Anthony Lowe, Great Grandchildren, Remi Bailosky, Aria Cummins, sister-in-law, Agnes Zaremba and dear friend Jan Burkhart.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, David in 2001, Parents, Albert and Margaret Zaremba, Brothers, Robert and Albert Zaremba, grandchild, Christopher Walls and niece Linda Diederich.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road North Ridgeville. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10 AM Friday at Our Lady Queen of Peace 708 Erie St. Grafton, (please meet at church)
with Reverend John Seabold, Pastor as celebrant.
Entombment will take place with her husband at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Avon.
Family flowers will be graciously provided by her dear friend Kevin at Off Broadway Florist in Lorain.
