Sharon Mcelhaney's Obituary
Sharon L. McElhaney age 60 of Columbus, OH passed away August 5, 2008 at the Monterey Care Center in Grove City, OH following a brief illness. She was born in North Ridgeville and resided there most of her life. She had lived in the Columbus area for the past 10 years. She had been employed as a nurse's aide at the Rae-Ann Nursing Facility in Westlake. She was a former member of the First Assembly of God Church in Elyria. She enjoyed travel and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her son, Don (Mary Ann) of Elyria, granddaughter, Brianna, grandson, Dustin, brothers, Paul McElhhaney of North Ridgeville and David McElhaney of Cleveland, TN, sisters, Nancy Hall of Soldier, KY, Janice Hunt of Orient, OH and Betty Alexander of N.Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Rose (nee Foster) and by a brother, George McElhaney. Friends may call Sunday from 5-8 P.M. at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville where funeral services will be held Monday, August 11 at 11 A.M. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Diabetes Association.
