Scharma L. Keffer's Obituary
Scharma L. Keffer (nee Bryce), age 85, of Elyria, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday April 8 at Hospice of Cincinnati.
Born in Princewick WV, she had resided in Elyria for the past 52 years. Scharma was an active member of her church, Refuge Church, serving faithfully in the children’s and outreach ministries for many years.
She is survived by her daughters, Charmaine (Keith) Payne of Maineville, Ohio and Christine (Wes) Taylor of Elyria, Ohio, grandsons Justin, Timothy and Kyle Payne, and 5 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jackie Keffer in 2021, parents, James and Nellie Bryce and her brother Richard Phipps
The family will receive friends Friday April 14 from 11:30 AM until time of services at 12:30 PM at Refuge Church, 7942 Murray Ridge Rd, Elyria. Rev. Chad Britt will officiate. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
