Sarah McCamant's Obituary
Sarah H. McCamant (nee Hartswick), age 88 of Westlake, died Tuesday, October 26, 2004 at St. John West Shore Hospital following a short illness.
She was born June 25, 1916 in Altoona, PA. she had resided in Westlake the past nine years moving from Inverness, Florida where she had lived 22 years. She previously lived in Silver Springs, Maryland from 1948-1973.
She was a member of Fields United Methodist Church, North Ridgeville. She was an avid bridge player, golfer and reader.
Mrs. McCamant was a secretary for Wheaton Woods Elementary School in Rockville Maryland for 22 years.
She is survived by her Daughter Mrs. Martin (Nancy) Thompson of North Ridgeville, 2 Sons, Richard McCamant of Easton, Maryland, John McCamant of Gaithersburg, Maryland; nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, H. Richard McCamant in 1989, parents, Mac and Blanche Hartswick, brother Joseph Hartswick and sister Catherine Kearney..
Friends will be received 1PM until time of services at 2PM, Saturday, October 30 at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Reverend C. Micahel Gibson will officiate.
Private burial will take place in Florida National Cemetery, Bushell, Florida.
