Sarah S. "Sally" Doyle's Obituary
Sarah “Sally” S. Doyle (nee Robinson), age 85, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at St. Mary’s of the Woods in Avon.
She was born in Butler, Pennsylvania, raised in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1962.
She she was a retired STNA and spent over 30 years caring for the sick and elderly.
Sarah was a member of St. Peter Church in North Ridgeville and attended Fields United Methodist.
She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, caring for the elderly and playing Yahtzee.
Survivors include her sons, Robert III (Annie) Doyle of Brunswick, Georgia, Thomas Patrick (Anita) Doyle of Pueblo, Colorado; daughter, Michelle (Kirk) McGeehen of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Sarah (Matthew) McGinty, Jenna McGeehen, Mikayla (Marcos) Alberico, John Doyle, Samantha (Dean) Perella; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis Millis of Miami, Florida and Patricia Blanton of Franklin Furnace, Donnie Huffman of Mentor, Dorris Huffman; many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Doyle Jr, mother, Cordelia Huffman, father, Henry Robinson, brothers, Henry Robinson, Gordon Robinson, Dennis Huffman and Darrel Huffman;sisters Nora Smith, Goldie Barnett and Carol Jones.
Friends may call Thursday from 6-8PM at the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville.
Funeral Service Friday, Sept. 1 at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. Joe Carney will officiate.
Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
