Sandra Sycz's Obituary
Sandra L. Sycz (nee Schumacher), age 68, of North Ridgeville, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Fairview General Hospital, following a long illness.
She was born in Cleveland and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 33 years.
Sandra worked as a manager at Burger King in North Ridgeville for 25 years.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in North Ridgeville.
She enjoyed crafts and knitting, but what were most important were her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Richard; sons, Duane, Gary (Maria), Roger (Sheri), Randy (Stephanie) all of North Ridgeville; grandchildren, Michael, Nicholas, Olivia, Audrianna, R.J., Austin, Tyler; mother, Ruth Schumacher of Cleveland; brother, Dale (Joan) Schumacher of Indiana; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Schumacher.
Friends may call Sunday from 2-6 PM at the David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville, where a prayer service will be held on Monday at 9:30 AM followed by a 10:00 AM Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church, 35777 Center Ridge Rd., North Ridgeville. Rev. Bob Franco, Pastor, will be the celebrant.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
