Sandra Rathwell's Obituary
Sandra J. Rathwell (nee McIntire) , age 56, of Elyria, died suddenly on Tuesday at her home.
She was born in Elyria and resided there most of her life.
Mrs. Rathwell was a machine operator at Invacare for the past 8 years. She previously worked for Stanadyne Divison of Moen in Elyria and Oberlin College as a custodial supervisor.
She also currently was the Sexton of Christ Episcopal Church in Oberlin.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald Rathwell; daughters, Sonya Dodson of Suffolk, VA and Crystal Link of Elyria; Sons, Cyrus Link of Cleveland, Ronald Link of Clarksfield, OH, and Donald Link of Tampa, FL, stepdaughters, Holly Paxton of Elyria, Bonnie Booth of Norwalk and Cheri Norris of Elyria; stepson, Ronald Rathwell, Jr of Oberlin; 24 Grandchildren and 6 Great-grandchildren; 3 Sisters, Esther Lilly of Brookpark, Emma Kimbler of Charolotte, NC and Francene Beatty of Grafton; and Mother Edna McIntire of Elyria.
She was preceded in death by her father, Phillip H. McIntire Sr, and brother Phillip McIntire, Jr.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4PM and 7-9PM at David Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, where a funeral services will be held on Friday at 11AM. Rev. James Monday will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Garden, Avon, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to United Way, 1331 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115.
