Ruth G. Maidens' Obituary
Ruth G. Maidens (nee Donovan), age 96, passed away peacefully Friday, November 5, 2021, with her family by her side. She was born in Toledo and had been a resident of Avon since 1972. She was a homemaker and a member of Westlake Women’s Club, the Parents Board at Our Lady of Guadalupe, and the local MS Group. She especially enjoyed playing bridge and feeding the birds. Ruth is survived by her son John (Pamela) Maidens of Avon; grandchildren Scott Maidens of Chicago, and Cory Maidens of Akron. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack; daughter Vicki; brother Gerald Donovan; father Gerald Donovan; mother Myrtle McCleod. The family will have a private celebration of life. Burial will be at Toledo Memorial Park.
