Roy Joseph Mueller's Obituary
Roy Joseph Mueller, age 80, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at his home after a lengthy illness.
He was born on June 9, 1938 in Cleveland and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the last 34 years. Roy was a member of the Elyria Foursquare Church. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and went on to work as a truck driver for Edelman Plumbing, retiring after 29 years of service.
Roy was an avid bowler and belonged to many leagues at the Brunswick Lanes in North Ridgeville. He also enjoyed fishing, playing cards and betting on the horse races.
He is survived by his stepson Larry (Kathy) Mueller of Elyria; grandchildren Joshua and Miranda Mueller; sisters JoAnn (Ray) Grosswiler of Lorain and Connie Neilson of TX; many nieces and nephews.
Roy was preceded in death by his wife Carol (nee Ramage); parents George and Edith (nee Mellinger) Mueller; brother John Mueller and sister Norine Selage.
Family will receive friends in the Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Rd., N. Ridgeville on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Services will be on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Rev. James Deulley will officiate. Interment with Military Honors will be in Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted.
