Rose Ann Carroll's Obituary
Rose Ann Carroll (nee Giltner) age 90, of North Olmsted passed away Monday March 31, 2025 at Malachi House, Cleveland.
She was born and grew up in Cleveland and had resided in North Olmsted the past 24 years. She had previously lived in Olmsted Township and North Ridgeville.
She was a graduate of West Tech High School, class of 1952. She was a former member and past president of Lions Club of North Ridgeville and was honored as a Melvin Jones Fellow in 2000. She enjoyed taking care of her plants, gardening and volunteering and raising funds for local food banks.
Rose Ann was a sales manager for O.E.C. fastener company for 42 years, retiring in 2001.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews including Paul and Dan Etzler of Westlake.
She was preceded in death by her husband Phil in 1978, parents, Kenneth and Catherine Giltner, brothers, Jim, Thomas and Robert Giltner and sisters, Rita Gross and Frances Kennedy.
The family will receive friends Monday April 7, 2025 from 9:00 AM until time of prayer service at 9:45 AM at Bogner Family Funeral Home 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10 :30 AM Monday at St. Bernadette Parish 2256 Clague Road Westlake, Rev. Philip Racco, Pastor will be the celebrant. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
