Ronald E. Rock's Obituary
Ronald E. Rock, age 78, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the St. John Medical Center after a brief illness.
He was born on August 14, 1937 in Cleveland, Ohio, moving from North Olmsted. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and had worked as a machinist for the Weatherhead Corporation.
Ronald enjoyed doing puzzles, was an avid golfer, and loved being outdoors, especially taking long walks through the woods. He was an avid player and fan of baseball, where he sold peanuts and played the game with his cousins at league park, becoming friends and interacting with the greats of that time.
He is survived by his sons, Ronald Rock Jr., Robert (Sandy) Rock and Randy (Mike) Rock; daughters Susan (Brian) Adams and Barbara (Kent) Cogar; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Ronald was preceded in death by his wife Geraldine; parents Everett and Rose (nee Nicastro) Rock; stepfather Tony Foshia; sister Geri Baimonte.
