Ronald F. Nenadal's Obituary
Ronald F. “Ron” Nenadal, age 75, of North Ridgeville, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019 at the St. John Medical Center in Westlake after a lengthy illness. He was born on November 17, 1943 in Cleveland and has been a resident of North Ridgeville for the past 48 years, moving from Cleveland. He worked as a warehouseman for Modern Builders Supply, retiring in 2006. He also worked as a part time newspaper reporter for the Chronicle Telegram and North Ridgeville Press and Light, covering the local sports teams. He acted as the Secretary-Treasurer for the Yellow Zone Taxi League at Ambassador and Brookgate Lanes for 50 years, as well as the St. Richards Tuesday Night Men’s League at Buckeye lanes for 40 years.
Aside from his involvement with bowling throughout his life, Ron also enjoyed golfing, was an avid sports fan and loved trivia and collecting memorabilia.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary Ann (nee Kucera); son Ronny (Char) Nenadal of Elyria; daughter Sandy Findlay of North Ridgeville; grandchildren Heather and Matt Findlay, both of North Ridgeville; sisters Sister Dorothy Pagosa SSJ-TOSF of Chicago and Ruth (David) McFall of WA; brother Richard Pagosa of Elyria; sister-in-law Linda Dunn of North Ridgeville; brother-in-law Rich Owens of Garfield Hts.; many nieces and nephews.
Ron was preceded in death by his daughter Rhonda Nenadal; parents Arthur and Ruth (nee Schuezler) Nenadal; brother Arthur Nenadal; sister Patricia Pagosa.
A celebration of Ron’s life will take place on Saturday, September 21st from 3-6 p.m. at the Sugar Ridge Baptist Church, 36600 Sugar Ridge Road, North Ridgeville, OH 44039.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association, 1375 E 9th St #600, Cleveland, OH 44114.
