Ronald P. Decker Sr.'s Obituary
Ronald P. Decker Sr., age 80 passed away peacefully Monday, August 9, 2021, at his son’s home in Elyria surrounded by his family. He was born in Garrett, PA and had been a resident of North Ridgeville for over 50 years. He worked as a tool & die maker for Ford before retiring in 2000. He was a member of St. Peter Church, the NRA and the Moose Lodge in Pa. Ron enjoyed hunting, riding his Harley and ATV, and being the neighborhood small engine guru. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Maryellen; sons Ronald (Laurel) of Carlisle Twp., Gregory (Jennifer) of Elyria; grandchildren Alexandra, Jack, Sean; He was preceded in death by his daughter Julie; parents Paul and Ruth. Family will celebrate his life in private, with burial at St. Peter Cemetery. Arrangements by Bogner Family Funeral Home, North Ridgeville.
