Ronald K Churby's Obituary
Ronald K. Churby, age 59, of North Ridgeville, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2014 at his home, following a long illness.
He was born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania and had been a resident of North Ridgeville since 1976.
Mr. Churby worked as the service manager for Nick Abraham Dealership and then went on to be an automotive claims estimator for State Farm Insurance.
He enjoyed playing golf and one his most memorable moments was when he shot a hole in one at Pine Brook Golf Club. He was a skilled craftsman and mechanic. He took pride in designing and carrying out all of his projects. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son.
Survivors include his wife, Roxanne (nee Deeter); daughters, Rockell (Luis) Churby Llanos of Cleveland, Rosanne Churby of North Olmsted; grandchildren, Mateo and Isadora Llanos Churby; mother, Sylvia Churby of Brook Park; sister, Lana (Ron) Hahn of Naperville, Illinois; brother, Randy (Connie) Churby of California; 2 nieces and 2 nephews; mother-in-law, Mildred Tiano of Brookpark.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Churby. Friends may call Thursday from 5-8PM and Friday from 6-8PM at Bogner Family Funeral Home, 36625 Center Ridge Road, North Ridgeville. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 12 Noon in the funeral home. Burial immediately following in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
